The hitch is hidden within the bumper, and is accessible behind the MTO bumper’s included flip-up license plate mount. Applications include bike racks, cargo trays, and other accessories. It is finished in a micro-texture black powder and bolts directly to the frame.

Our FS-7 Series Rear Bumper features a sleek, mid-width design. The FS-7 can fit up to a 37-inch spare tire above the bumper using the factory carrier. The bumper includes a license plate bracket with a license plate light to relocate the plate over to the side away from your spare tire. A pair of 1-inch thick reinforced mounts for D-ring shackles provide recovery options. Rear lighting options include (2) 3-inch pod light mounts that sit in a shielded position behind perforated aluminum accent panels. Welded zip tie tabs provide clean wire management.
This rear bumper is compatible with the factory hitch & harness, and has sensor cutouts to retain full functionality of the parking sensors. This Made To Overland Series Rear Bumper was designed for heavy off-road use, and is compatible with our TCJL-13 Bumper Mounted MTO Tire Carrier (Available December 2023). The bumper features a full-width design with tapered wings compatible with factory or aftermarket fenders. The OEM spare tire mount can fit up to a 37-inch spare tire. The MTO retains use of the factory hitch & harness, and features sensor cutouts to retain full functionality of parking sensors. Two 3-inch light pods can be mounted behind the perforated aluminum accent panels. The bumper also has (2) 1-inch thick clevis mounts compatible with ¾-inch D-ring shackles. A license plate bracket with an included light relocates your license plate away from the spare tire area to keep it visible when running a spare. On the interior of the bumper are welded zip-tie tabs for clean wire management. This features a fully bolt-on installation with no modifications required.

The carrier is made of 3/16-inch steel which offers a strong and rigid mounting system to prevent any movement on or off-road. With maximum adjustability, our carrier gives you the ability to mount up to a 42-inch tire with any bolt pattern. Due to the universal fit, you can run our carrier on either side of the bed or even two at the same time!

Our Tire Carrier can store your spare in a flat or angled position. The stainless single action locking mechanism and gas shocks allow the carrier to move easily between the two positions. There is an integrated 3/8-inch hole on one of the carrier’s posts for attaching a lock. The carrier is compatible with virtually any bolt pattern or center bore. Our Bumper Mounted Spare Tire Carrier was designed exclusively for use with our RBJK-13 MTO Rear Bumper. The carrier swings out with the tailgate to provide ample access to the cargo area. A dual taper bearing and dual heim hinge pivot provides for easy and smooth operation of the carrier. By moving your spare tire off of the tailgate you protect it from flexing and movement when driving off-road.
The carrier fits up to a 38x13.50-inch tire, and up to 20-inch wheels (no wider than 9.5-inches). Incorporated in the design is a built in hi-lift jack mount to fit securely between the tire and the tailgate. Finished in a micro-texture black powder coat, it also features a paintable aluminum logo plate that can be color matched to your vehicle.

Our Tire Carrier features a body mounted design that transfers the weight of oversized tires/wheels from the factory door hinges to the body of your Wrangler. The mounting location of our carrier positions the tire higher than the factory placement which helps to improve the departure angle with larger tires when rock crawling. The tire carrier is made from high-quality steel tubing that is built to withstand rough trail conditions while providing an aggressive design that accents your rig’s factory styling.
The carrier’s hidden wiring and zip tie tabs allow for clean wire management of the included LED license plate light. With the included cam nut, the carrier can be adjusted for the perfect fit, and it can mount up to a 38x13.50 sized tire/wheel with a -25 max offset. The carrier also features two whip flag/antenna mounts and a hole at the center of the mount for adding a padlock to prevent theft of your spare tire. Unlike Jeeps of the past, the JL features a cast steel internal tailgate structure. This means that it is much stronger and more capable of handling heavier loads. The DV8 TCJL-01 tire carrier replaces the factory bracket that connects the spare to the tailgate itself. It also makes the mounting system adjustable to accommodate up to a 35-inch tire and wheel combo.

The swing gate opens with the tailgate, and transfers the extra tire/wheel weight off of the aluminum tailgate and redirects it to the bumper. A dual taper bearing and dual heim pivot provide smooth opening & closing of the carrier.
The MTO Series spare tire carrier features an adjustable camera mount that enables you to relocate and align the factory rear camera. The third brake light is also accommodated in the design of the carrier, and retains full functionality. Additionally, the carrier features a mounting point for use with a Hi-Lift style jack or similar accessories. Installation is a bolt-on process, with no drilling required.
