Overland + vs. Premium Version:
The Premium version (SKU:COR-3209035) uses a combination of Johnny joint adjusters, and a GIIRO joint bushing on the lower axle side. The OVERLAND+ version (SKU:COR-3409035) uses GIIRO joints at the lower end and on the adjusters. The actual arms and frame brackets are identical, so you can always swap adjusters in the future if you want to change it up.

The arms have been upgraded to our Pro series arms which feature a forged johnny joint at one end and a dual durometer, maintenance free, self-centering GIIRO Joint at the other for maximum flex and adjustability. Like our standard JK long arm system, we still use a bolt in3 piece cross memberand then added a new1/4 weld on frame bracket. Depending on your axle type we offer an optional front truss, or simply attach your 3 link axle upper mount to your existing truss. This 3 link front upper arm does come with right hand, and left hand johnny joints forsimple caster angle adjustment.
The rear of the Pro Series kit uses4 truly long arms, with aforged johnny joint at one end, and adual durometer, self-centering, maintenance free GIIRO joint bushingat the other end.
Some key features with the new JK front long arm kit are our bolt-in 3 piece cross member. The cross member bolts into the OEM location and has pockets for the forged 2.5 inch johnny joints which allows formaximum ground clearance. This cross member can be simply bolted in, and is also setup so it can be welded in for the more abusive drivers. Like all other Clayton Off Road cross members the center section is removable, making any transmission changes simple and can be done without touching any suspension arms. Therear ¼ bolt on bracketwas designed to allow for 4 truly long arms. This bracket can be installed without removing the gas tank, and uses 8 bolts to securely clamp to the frame rail. Both the 3 piece cross member and rear frame brackets were designed using the latest 3D Solid Works program, CNC laser cut, and CNC bent for maximum strength and accuracy. This kit truly gives you all the benefits any customer is looking for both on and offroad. The longer arms correct all the geometry issuescreating a better than factory ride. And the 3 piece cross member, 1/4" rear frame brackets, Pro Series arms which carry ourlifetime warrantyagainst bending or breaking, your JK will be ready for any trail you desire.
NOTE:
Welding is required to install this lift kit.
Custom exhaust modification is necessary to install this kit.
On a 2 DR Model a rear adjustable trackbar is required.
Front CV Style Driveshaft is required on all models.
Rear CV Style Driveshaft is required on a 2 door, and recommended on a 4 door.

What is a Ball Joint? - A greaseable flexible ball and joint socket that connects the vehicles control arm to the steering knuckle allowing for smooth and solid movement in the suspension. Our design features upgraded bearing studs paired with a superior socket housings producing a superior joint that is better able to cope with high temps, dirt and debris.
DV8's Jeep Wrangler JK Replacement Ball Joint Kit is designed for rugged off-road use. DV8 uses SAE4140 chromoly steel studs and SAE1045 steel housings to make one of the toughest ball joints on the market. This complete set includes both upper and lower ball joints for 1 complete axle and includes all hardware required for installation.
These ball joints are also greaseable which allows for standard maintenance and increased longevity. The grooves on the side of the housing are closer together resulting in superior resistance to turning that can occur and also helps makes the install easier.

These heavy duty bump stops install directly into the JK, JL, or JT front coil bucket and prevent the suspension from bottoming out through the last few inches of travel.
Whether dropping off of a rock ledge or hitting the whoops, the factory bump stops can not effectively keep up with the force that is being exerted on them. Our bump stops control the last few inches of travel and provide additional dampening where it is most needed.
